Hand-made dog puppet, (for Secret Santa!)

​I wanted to try wood-carving but I didn't have time, so I carved this from
plastazote with a scalpel, which was much easier!
​
I then painted it with emulsions, for a matt finish to look like old wood.​
A sketch and all the parts carved out of plastazote.
Painting a wood effect with emulsion paints.
I added leather ears and little wire joints to hold all the pieces together,
then I added eyes made of Milliput.
The first coat in a dark brown emulsion mix.
